If you’re looking for highly original radiators look no further than Jaga Home Heating. The example below is called Heatwave and is described as a “modular decorative radiator designed for use with LPHW heating systems.”

It is made from lightweight concrete and aluminium reinforced by glass fibre. Interestingly, the radiator is made up of four interconnecting shapes that can be arranged and extended to form aesthetically original designs.

This beautifully ornate radiator can make a feature of what is normally considered to be a dull household chattel.

If you’re looking at adding a conservatory to your home, you may want to consider Clearspan’s Modular Conservatory system.

The modular system offers the option to create extra room and gives greater flexibility.

Clearspan say:

“It is an adaptable space creating solution which stands apart from conventional conservatories. With a depth of 2.5m and widths ranging from 3m to 6m you can choose just how modern you want to be. Let your imagination go to work and watch the light flood in to your room with a view.”

Retails from £16,630 ($33,000).

It’s worth bearing in mind that extra space equals extra value - so one of the most cost effective ways of creating that valuable extra space can be the conservatory.
